We want you to love your artwork.

  • Change of mind: If you’re not completely happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Prints/homewares can be exchanged or refunded (store credit or original payment) if returned in original condition.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • Custom/commissioned works: Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty, as each is created especially for you.
  • How to claim: Email hello@ktafa.store with your order number and details. We’ll respond quickly and take care of you.
